Mil Tiempos artesanal Mezcal 100 % Espadín
Agave approximately 7 years of age at this
point of reipeneess in the Sierra mountains
of the estate of Oaxaca baked in conical stone
oven, with Mesquite and oak wood. Ground in
thaona (stone mill) pulled by a horse.
Its flavor is of silky, citrusy and herbaceous notes on the
palate and that is because it reflects very well the territory
where it grew and that during its fermentation process it
absorbs the flavors of the stalks with which the stones are
covered at the time the pineapple is cooked.
